    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What is your shipping policy?
    We currently ship worldwide and have flat rate shipping for domestic buyers. All domestic items will be shipped using First Class Mail USPS, which typically takes between 2-5 days or Priority Shipping which typically takes between 2-3 days (both shipping methods exclude Sundays and holidays). Priority shipping is available in each listing. 

    All items ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated in our shops announcements (excludes weekends and holidays).

    We do not ship items with insurance unless requested by the buyer. The additional expense will be the buyers responsibility.

    Once an item is mailed we are no longer responsible for losses or damages.

     

    Do you offer discounts?
    Currently, we do not have any discounts. As an alternative, all our items prices have already been lowered and discounted as listed.

     

    What if I don't see what I'm looking for?
    If you are looking for a certain color or pattern and do not see it in our shop, please do no hesitate to message us. We are constantly adding new items and are more than willing to get an item in our shop, if possible.

     

    What happens if my order is returned to sender by USPS?
    Items returned to the shop by USPS due to being undeliverable, will incur additional shipping charges in order for the items to be re-shipped.

     

    Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
    Returns are only accepted if the customer receives the incorrect item.

    We do not offer exchanges.

    Cancellations can only be done if your order has not been processed.

     

    When will I receive my order?
    Our current processing time is 1-2 business days (unless otherwise stated in our shops announcements). We try our best to get orders out, no later than the day after the order was placed. 

    Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 days (granted there are no mishaps or delays with the postal service) after item is shipped.

    Priority Shipping typically takes 2-3 days (granted there are no mishaps or delays with the postal service) after item is shipped.

     

    What is your policy on customs and import taxes?
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

     

    How will you use my personal information?
    I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
